Canapes on tiered stands and a green-draped table set for a reception in an art gallery

From dinner for two in a rented cabin to a gallery reception for a hundred — we cook it where you are, and we clean up after ourselves.

Twin Star is a small operation, which is the point. You talk to the person who will be cooking, the menu gets built around your evening rather than a package, and nobody in your family has to miss it to work the kitchen.

What We Do

A table set for two with wine glasses and plated risotto on dark stoneware

Private Chef

A getaway dinner for two, or a small table at home. We bring the menu, cook it in your kitchen, and hand you the evening — no reservation, no drive back down the mountain afterwards.

Canapé Service

Receptions, gallery showings, cocktail hours. Small bites built to be eaten standing up, styled and staffed, for rooms where guests mingle with a glass in hand.

Live-Fire & Chef Stations

Flat-tops and open flame, cooked in front of your guests. Built for corporate gatherings and outdoor events where the cooking is part of the entertainment rather than something that happens offstage.

Holiday & Private Events

Family holidays, milestone dinners, private parties. A full table, plated and served, so the person who usually cooks gets to sit at it for once.

The Sear

The steak goes in the water bath hours before anyone arrives, so it is already exactly as done as you asked. What it does not have yet is a crust — and that it gets from a torch, in front of you, about ninety seconds before it hits the plate.

Part technique, part floor show. Nobody has ever watched it quietly.

Turnkey Canapé Experiences

Three ready-made ways to do a reception, each arriving styled, staffed and ready to serve. Private chef dinners and live-fire stations are quoted individually — the cost of those depends far more on the menu and the setup than on the head count.

Essential

Up to 60 guests

A graceful, budget-conscious selection for intimate gatherings.

  • Four chef-selected canapés, balanced cold, warm and sweet
  • Six pieces per guest
  • One service attendant
  • Elegant disposable serviceware
  • Styling and signage

Luxe

75 guests and up

A gala-ready experience for statement events.

  • Nine curated canapés, including premium showpieces
  • Three attendants plus an on-site chef plating station

Planning note. Figure six to eight pieces per guest for a balanced reception. Building your own mix from the à la carte selection works just as well — we will help you land on the right total.
